The Curriculum Program in Chronotherapy and Chronomedicine (CPCC) is an online certificate program by the Society of Light, Rhythms and Circadian Health (SLRCH) in collaboration with the CET. The program aims to provide participants with the opportunity to complete a training program in chronotherapy and chronomedicine certified by SLRCH. For those with clinical credentials, there is a possibility to obtain a certificate of expertise in chronotherapy and chronomedicine after passing a final exam.

1. Open track (course access open to everyone)

2. Clinical track (course access, exam, certificate: for those with clinical credentials)

More than a million people have taken one or more of our three confidential automated online self-assessments. Your clients and patients can take the self-assessments on their own, and share their printed results with you to help you assess and monitor their depression, choose the best time of day to begin light therapy, if light therapy is indicated, and much more.

This collection of assessment instruments, designed and produced by the Clinical Chronobiology and Biometrics Research groups at Columbia University/New York State Psychiatric Institute, is available as a set at CET. See the tools we have found useful in working with affective disorders and sleep problems.

A respected group of clinicians and researchers write for CET.org on progress and directions in chronotherapeutics and allied sciences.
A curated collection of seminal papers and books gives an overview of major topics in the research, and application, of circadian science.
Our suggestions range from manuals offering step-by-step guidance for chronotherapy to reflections on the evolution of circadian rhythms within the cycle of day and night.
